The South American snapping turtle (Chelydra acutirostris)[1] is a turtle from the Chelydridae family.[1] The species was previously considered a subspecies of Chelydra serpentina.[1]

Distribution

Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama.[1]
